Palvelusopimus on puitesopimus, joka säätelee yleisiä ehtoja tavaroiden tai palveluiden toimituksille kahden osapuolen välillä. Se on välttämätön asiakirja, koska se luo selkeän ja tehokkaan pohjan yhteistyölle. Sen ansiosta yksittäiset toimeksiannot voidaan tehdä nopeasti ja sujuvasti erillisillä tilauksilla ilman, että perus- ja yleisehtoja tarvitsee neuvotella uudelleen joka kerta.
Sopimuksen tarkoitus ja tilausten tekeminen

3.2 Late Payment. Any amounts not paid when due shall bear interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Exclusion of Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.
