Formal Eviction Notice: Lawful Notice to Repossess a Tenancy Property

A Formal Eviction Notice (Form 3 under Section 8 of the Housing Act 1988) allows landlords in England to begin legal proceedings for possession of a property let under an Assured Tenancy.
